Water Services

S&B Utilities Ltd have a dedicated water division that are highly trained within their specialist field. All of the operatives that work within our water department hold the EUSR national water hygiene qualification to ensure that they can complete their job without the risk of contamination of water. Within this department, we undertake works for the Prison Service, Morrison Utility Services, Black and Veatch, Balfour Beatty and Severn Trent Services.

S&B Utilities Ltd work on a reactive and maintenance (R&M) contract for Severn Trent Services that we have held since 2005. This contract involves repairing issues on MoD sites such as clean and dirty water leaks; pipe laying; fitting fire hydrants and valves; manhole chambers and covers etc. In order for us to work on this contract, our operatives have been security
vetted to extremely high standards and hold the necessary security passes.

In terms of R&M work we cover the north of England, coast to coast, within a response time of two hours for all clean and dirty water emergencies. We also offer on-call teams offering 24 hour standby services.

The company has long-term framework agreements in place with Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent Services. S&B Utilities Ltd carry out a full range of water works from reservoir to the tap and from sink to river.
