S&B Utilities Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of Hargreaves Industrial Services Limited, which allows HIS to provide a wider range of services in the water utilities and civils sectors.

Based In Knaresborough, S&B Utilities Ltd have a dedicated water division that are highly trained within their specialist field. All of the operatives that work within our water department hold the EUSR national water hygiene qualification to ensure that they can complete their job without the risk of contamination of water. Work carried out by this department includes new sewage pumping stations; main laying; rising mains; clean water repairs; sewage repairs; valve installations; hydrant installations; meter installations; manhole chambers and covers.

Civil engineering is also a core part of S&B Utilities Ltd. We operate across numerous sectors including water, construction, environmental, private and industrial as well as providing specialist support to the other divisions within the business.

Our expertise has seen us construct underground CSO’s, attenuation tanks and sewage pumping stations. On top of this, we also carry out major drainage and pressure pipeline installations for both the private and public sector including the local authorities across the country. S&B Utilities Ltd provide mechanical & electrical services for multiple clients via experienced engineers and installation teams. We cover all aspects of water treatment, whether this is to be clean or waste water.
