Ensures that business growth is achieved in accordance with the company’s strategic plan through the identification of appropriate contract opportunities and the delivery of accurately tendered proposals for economically sustainable contracts.

Responsible for the identification and implementation of sustainable people and resource solutions to support the delivery of the company’s strategic business plan, whilst keeping the business compliant with legislation.
